approval in the B-3 (Planned Business Center) Zoning District.
Subject Property: The 11.2 acre tract at the northwest corner of Buffalo
Grove Road and Dundee Road, also known as the Ranch Mart shopping center.
Project Name: The Plaza at Buffalo Grove (Ranch,Mart) Expansion

SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for zoning in R-1
(One-Family Dwelling) District upon annexation, and Preliminary Plan approval
with the following variations: D1vILOPMENT ORDINANCE - Section
16.30.050.A.4. (to allow one cul-de-sac to be approximately 660 feet in
length instead"£of the maximum 500 feet allowed) ;- Section` 16.50.040.C.3. (to
allow a 4:1 aside slope ;'instead of 6:1 side slope in a dry detention basin.)
SUBJECT PROPERTY: The approximately 50.42 acres south of Route 22 and west
of Buffalo Grove Road.
