SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for zoning in the B-5 (Town Center) Planned District and approval of a Special Use pursuant to Section 17.44.060.D.1.c. to allow an office use in the Commercial/ Recreational Sub-District, with the following variations: ZONING ORDINANCE - Section 17.44.060.D.1.b. (to allow a sub-district area of 0.31 acres instead of minimum 10 acre area required in the Commercial/Recreational Sub-District; and Section 17.44.060.D. 1.j . (to allow setbacks of less than 25 feet adjacent to a residential boundary line. The petitioner proposes to continue the existing office use of a two-story residential structure.
