AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.20 LIQUOR CONTROLS
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of
1970.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1. Section 5.20.072 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
5.20.72 Licenses authorized.
Subsection E. of Section 5.20.072 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code is hereby amended
with deletions in �*���^��.and additions in underline text so that Subsection E. of Section
5.20.072 shall provide as follows.
Class E.
1. Grande Jakes Fresh Mexican Grill in BG, Inc. 205 Dundee Road
2. MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC d/b/a MOD Pizza 1555 Deerfield Parkway
3. Abba, Inc. d/b/a Original Bagel & Bialy 105 McHenry Road
4. Black Pepper, Inc. d/b/a Rivaj Indian Cuisine 1034 Weiland Road
5. Niki's Gyros, Inc. 1038 Weiland Road

Section 2.
A. The Class E liquor license for Buffalo Grove Cherry Incorporated at 700 Lake Cook Road 105-
106 is hereby rescinded.
B. This Section 2 shall not be codified.
Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage and approval.
