SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a special use for a recreation facility in
the Industrial District. The petitioner proposes to conduct personal training and related recreation activities in
the tenant space leased by Body Impact Limited.

approval of a special use for an elementary school in the B-3 District.
The proposed school would be located in a lease space of 2,500 square feet at 380 Half Day Road in the
Woodland Commons shopping center.
