(to allow an outside corner side yard of 25 feet instead of 30 feet on Lot#1);DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE— Section 1.6.30.050.A.4.(to allow a cul-de-sac length exceeding 500 feet);Section 16.50.050.D.7.(to allow a reduction in the minimum depth of the sanitary sewer line from the required 6-foot depth to 5 feet); Section 16.50.060.B.1.c.
