property from the B-1 Business District to the R-4A One-Family Dwelling District and approval of
a Preliminary Plan for two-single family lots, with the following variations: DEVELOPMENT
ORDINANCE — Section 16.50.070.D.2 (to defer widening the pavement of Betty Drive to the
Village standard of 24 feet)and Section 16.50.070.I(to defer construction of curb and gutter along
Betty Drive).
The petitioner proposes to construct two single-family houses on the property.
