PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of an amendment of a Special
Use in the R-1 District and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the following variation: ZONING
ORDINANCE—Section 17.40.020.B. (to allow a front yard setback of 30 feet, 7 inches instead
of 40 feet along Buffalo Grove Road.)
The petitioner proposes to construct an addition of approximately 14,757 square feet to the existing
school building.
