SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of an amendment of a Special
Use in the R-8 District and approval of a Preliminary Plan.
The petitioner proposes to construct a clubhouse facility of approximately 26,116 square feet, a
maintenance facility of approximately 11,785 square feet and related site improvements at the
Arboretum Golf Course.
