PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation with zoning in the R-4 One-
Family Dwelling District and approval of a Preliminary Plan.
The petitioner proposes to re-plat the property for the construction of two single-family homes.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 0.88-acre tract on the east
side of Prairie Road across from Brandywyn Lane known as 22527 N. Prairie Road.

SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for amendment of a Special Use in the R-4
District and approval of a Preliminary Plan.
The petitioner proposes to expand the current museum facility with a building addition of
approximately 5,100 square feet and other site improvements including an expanded parking area
and stormwater detention facility.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 3.5-acre parcel
located at 901 Dunham Lane.
