SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use for retail sales
as an accessory use in the Industrial District with the following variation: ZONING ORDINANCE -
Section 17.48.020.C,14.a. (to allow the sale of items not manufactured on the premises).
The petitioner proposes to establish a retail sales area of approximately 264 square feet to sell cellular
phones,pagers and other wireless products and related accessories at its customer service center of
9,400 square feet.
