PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for approval of a Special Use for retail
sales as an accessory use in the Industrial District with the following variation: ZONING
ORDINANCE - Section 17.48.020.C.14.a. (to allow the sale of items not manufactured on the
premises).
The petitioner proposes to establish a retail sales area of approximately 700 square feet to sell
phones and other items at its customer service center of 30,000 square feet.
