PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for amendment of a Planned Unit
Development(P.U.D.) and approval of a Preliminary Plan in the B-5 Town Center Planned District
(Commercial sub-district).
The petitioner proposes to construct a retail building of approximately 7,636 square feet.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 0.87-acre parcel on
the east side of Buffalo Grove Road north of the Walgreens store at the northeast corner of Buffalo
Grove Road and Lake Cook Road.
