50 Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, Illinois
PUBLIC HEARING
SUBJECT: Petition to the Village of Buffalo Grove for annexation with zoning in the R-4 One-
Family District and approval of a Preliminary Plan with the following variations: Development
Ordinance- Section 16.30.050.A.4 (allow a cul-de-sac street length of approximately 730 feet
instead of 500 feet); Section 16.50.040.C. (to waive the requirement for underdrains in a storm-
water basin, to allow a cross slope of less than 2 percent in a stormwater basin and to allow the
use of prairie plant species instead of grass in the stormwater detention facilities).
The Preliminary Plan proposes 13 single-family lots.
SUBJECT PROPERTY COMMON DESCRIPTION: The approximately 7.98-acre tract at the
northwest corner of Farrington Drive and IL Route 83.
