Even since yesterday's meeting much has been accomplished. Event sponsors have stepped forward, more vendors have volunteered, and more questions have been answered. However, the success of this program is dependent on our team. Therefore, Bonnie has called a planning meeting for Monday, March 12 at 7:30 am in the Alcott Center. Please notify me by Thursday of next week to let me know if you will not be able to attend (notify me by email as I will be out of town) . Thank you for your continued support and dedication to this worthwhile project! Extra tables will have to be rented. • Set up on Monday,April 23 is a Joint Commission function, though it will be supported heavily by park district personnel. JCA members will especially be needed for"dressing"the tables. From Phil: • Reviewed the public relations information prepared Phil and Terri then shared the "Task"Worksheet that was prepared. Members sitting around the table volunteered for various duties to make sure that the project would continue. However, based on the level of work still required, Bonnie asked for another working meeting to be scheduled for March 12 at 7:30 am at the Alcott Center. Updates on our success will continue along with continued planning.
