this Ordinance the term Fire Lane
shall be deemed to be any street,
driveway, roadway, accessway, or
easement, whether paved or un-
paved that is kept, maintained
and /or intended to provide ingress,
and egress for fire fighting vehicles .

SECTION 2. Fire Lanes shalt be
designated as follows:
(a) Ranch Mart Shopping Center.
As shown on Exhibit "A" attached

made a part hereof.
(c) Berkshire Trace Apartments.
As shown on Exhibit "C" attached
and made a part hereof.
(d) Golden Bear Family Restau-
rant. As shown on Exhibit 'D" at-
tached and made a part hereof.
(e) Buffalo Grove Mall Shopping
Center. As shown on Exhibit "E"

(f) Oak Creek Apartments. As

SECTION 3. Fire Lanes as desig-

for any person, firm, or corporation
block or obstruct wholly or partly
any of the designated Fire Lanes.
SECTION 5. If any provision o!

invalid by any court it shall not af-
fect the remaining provisions here-
of.
SECTION 6. Any person, firm or
corporation violating any provis -or
hereof shall be fined not less thar

LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:

gress and egress for fire fighting vehicles and equip-
ment, to and from any building structure or fire hydrant
and designated as a Fire Lane.

(a) Ranch Mart Shopping Center. As shown on Exhibit "A"
attached and made a part hereof.
(b) Stonegate Apartments. As shown on Exhibit "B"
attached and made a part hereof.
(c) Berkshire Trace Apartments. As shown on Exhibit "C"
attached and made a part hereof.
(d) Golden Bear Family Restaurant. As shown on Exhibit

(e) Buffalo Grove Mall Shopping Center. As shown on

SECTION 4. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,

remaining provisions hereof.
SECTION 6. Any person, firm or corporation violating

nor more than $500.00. Each day that any violation
continues to exist shall be considered to be a separate
violation.
