2021-08-16 - Ordinance 2021-054 - APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF OUTLOT E IN THE LINK CROSSING SUBDIVISIONORDINANCE NO.2021-54 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF OUTLOT E IN THE LINK CROSSING SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and, WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is agreeable to convey Outlot E in the Link Crossing Subdivision, being a subdivision of Part of the Southwest % of Section 21, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of Third Principal Meridian, according to the Plat of said Link Crossing thereof recorded July 25, 2019 as Document 7579220, in Lake County, Illinois ("the Property"), to the Buffalo Grove Park District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, as follows: Section 1: That it is necessary and appropriate to convey the Property to the Buffalo Grove Park District and said conveyance is hereby approved.
