NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1. Subsection A. of Section 5.20.072 of the Village of Buffalo Grove Municipal Code is hereby amended with deletions in ..t.'s * and additions in underline text so that Subsection A. of Section 5.20.072 shall provide as follows: Class A. This reservation is subject to the applicant completing Village requirements for said license on or before July 19, 2021. The Village Manager shall have the authority to extend the July 19, 2021 date for good cause shown. If not so extended, this reservation shall cease. B. This Section 2 shall not be codified. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and in effect from and after its passage and approval.
