Commissioner Dibbern called the roll and noted for the record that a quorum was present at the meeting. Present were Chairman Viehman, Commissioners Karge, Lukatsky, and Dibbern. Not in attendance was Commissioner Loeb. ADJOURNMENT OF OPEN SESSION: A motion was made by Commissioner Lukatsky, seconded by Commissioner Dibbern, for the Board to adjourn to a Closed Executive Session as authorized by Subsection 2(a) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act [5ILCS 120/2(a)] for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. Commissioners Karge, Lukatsky, Dibbern and Viehman voted in favor of the motion. The motion passed. Open session was adjourned at 6:59 p.m. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The executive session was called to order at 7:01 p.m. Present were Chairman Viehman, Commissioners Karge, Lukatsky, and Dibbern. Also in attendance was Alex Farmer. The oral interview of candidate Farmer occurred. At 7:14 p.m. a motion was made by Commissioner Dibbern, seconded by Commissioner Karge, to adjourn the executive session. Commissioners Karge, Lukatsky, Dibbern and Viehman voted in favor of the motion. The motion passed. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION: The open session resumed at 7:14 p.m. Present were Chairman Viehman, Commissioners Karge, Lukatsky, and Dibbern.
