Wieser, Secretary T. Shurba, E. Hartstein, Chief T. Sashko, T Gough , M. Anderson, W. Raysa, J. Sirabian J. Tenerelli. Members Absent: None Guests: Scott Anderson, Art Malinowski, from the Village of Buffalo Grove and Carolyn Welch Clifford from OTBK&C, Ltd. Meeting called to order at 1802 by President Wieser Mesirow report given by President Wieser, Equity funds down, Bond accounts up our net amount was up 3.80%. Motion to accept minutes from December 5 and December 12, 2002 made by Sashko, second by Gough, no discussion. Motion carries. Scott Calibraro has seen all the doctors the Board has sent him to for his disability hearing. Also at this time, Scott has not let the Board know if legal counsel will represent him. There was also some discussion on Calibraro's upcoming hearing regarding convenient dates for the Board. Discussion on the Findings of the Deau Disability hearing from Carolyn Welch Clifford. Findings and decision; No exhibit #1, it was decided that it was a copy of the EJF SOP. Finding of Fact: Reviewed this part of report paragraph by paragraph. Typo found in paragraph 15, 2002 not 2003, paragraph 21 strike workmen's compensation. Conclusion of Law: Discuss report. Hartstein feels some language from Dr. Lanoff's report should be included in this report. Motion to table this report until March 17, 2003 so everyone can review it was made by Sashko, and seconded by Gough Also included was if anyone had any changes send the to President Wieser. Motion carried. Motion was made by Sashko to table the draft set of rules until March 17, 2003 also. Seconded by Gough. Motion carried.
