Items discussed included the possibility of having the game on Wed (8/31)with an earlier start time(6:30pm) This way the Chamber committee members will be able to help out and then head over to the Chamber game(7:30pm). Concerns were shared, by various commissioners, that some of the kids may be back in school already and this would be a late night. Also, the game may take longer, then anticipated, if the full roster of Buddy Baseball participants are in attendance. This would also create quite a bit of rushing for people going between the Buddy Baseball game and the Chamber game. Most likely Thursday would be better.
