Entertainment: Karen Danenberg Karaoke is coming again, but Karen needs to know from the police how late can we go. There was much discussion about last call, last pour, and music stop time. The DJ is scheduled from 10:15-11:30. Last call is usually at 11:30, with clear out by midnight. Publicity states the last call is at 11:00. Friday night entertainment goes until 10:30. Saturday Karaoke goes from 10:30-11:30. Sunday Karaoke can start earlier because of the fireworks. Ron Jess stated that last call means last tickets sold, but the lights are not turned off. This gives everyone 1/z hour to buy their last beer and another 1/z hour to drink it, and to be ready to leave by 12:00. Jim Newton states that as long as we clear the grounds by 12:00, the schedule is fine. It was suggested that there be posted a sign regarding the time of the last call and when the grounds are to be cleared. Jim states that we can still go with the same times as last year as long as the grounds are cleared when the police say to leave. It was decided to go with the following: - Last tickets will be sold at 11:00 PM - Last pour at 11:30 PM - At Midnight, music stops, lights off, and everyone is out the door Everyone is to be out. No exceptions, no "friends of the police". Karaoke will go on three nights. Fund Raisin: Sara Herman Sara is still working with last year's sponsors.
