ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Chairman Heiss Commissioner Kuffel Commissioner Stone Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Goldberg Commissioner Wigodner Also Present: Peggy Starczowski,Health Inspector APPROVAL OF MINUTES Com. Kuffel made a motion to approve the minutes of the Village of Buffalo Grove Board of Health regular meeting held on Thursday,April 19,2007.Com. Stone seconded the motion. Voice Vote—AYE was unanimous. OLD BUSINESS None. NEW BUSINESS The commissioners discussed the Health Department Activity Report.There were no questions. The commissioners discussed the upcoming Prescription drug disposal and medical waste disposal programs which are both scheduled to run from May through August 2007.The commissioners were brought up to date on the planning and logistics for the programs. The commissioners were brought up to date on the revocation of the business license for the= Special Use Child Care Home at 325 Ronnie Drive Buffalo Grove,IL. ANNOUNCEMENTS Chairman Heiss advised the Board that he would be stepping down and resigning his position with the Board of Health effective immediately as he was moving out of the Village of Buffalo Grove. He thanked the Board for all of their support and help over the years. The next regularly scheduled meeting is June 19,2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Lower level Conference Room of the Village Hall,50 Raupp Boulevard. ADJOURNMENT Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Com.
