Proposed building addition, Phase I, facing west. Not visible from the roadway and is adjacent to
Courtesy Corporation. Same architectural style to follow from the existing building to the proposed
addition, including building material and window design. Same colors as the existing building. When the
addition is constructed, the entire building will be repainted to match. The same framing (windows and
doors)throughout the addition to match the existing building.

PETITIONER REQUEST
Monument sign: 4'x 11'9.5" brick base with aluminium material for sign panel. 5'9" in height above base.
ART RECOMMENDATIONS/NOTES
-4' cast stone base.
- +/- 5'9" brick with channel mounted letters and logo on brick portion of sign.
- Stone and brick to match the building.
- Interior illuminated letters.
- V-shaped monument sign permitted provided that it does not become greater than 90 degrees, thereby
creating 2 signs rather than a double-faced sign.
The Petitioner will resubmit a plan for the monument sign based on the Appear Review Team
recommendation.

ART RECOMMENDATIONS/NOTES
Request is to change the brick color from 237 Cambridge Acme brick to Huroria Acme brick. Not
approved by ART. The original brick(237Cambridge) was approved based on compatibility with adjacent
properties and quality of material.
Rustic aluminium for window gutter system is approved.
Barkwood Prestige Grande for roof shingle is approved.
ART team approvals are subject to compliance with submitted materials and original brick material.
