The display includes photographs of neighboring properties and construction samples. Architural shingles, brick, siding and exterior trim samples provided. The proposed home is anticipated to meet the setback requirements. ART RECOMMENDATION / NOTES Verify that the existing frame garage will be demolished. Confirm the height of the proposed building. The ART recommends approval. Buffalo Grove Road Proposed Wall Signs and Ground Sign ART TEAM: Edward Schar, Building Commissioner Robert Pfeil, Village Planner Greg Summers, Associate Planner Ghida Neukirch, Assistant Village Manager SUBJECT SITE 200 N. Buffalo Grove Road OVERVIEW The proposed wall signs will be located on the north and east elevations. The signs will be solid illuminated letters mounted on a limestone wall. The proposed ground sign will be 20' x 5-1/2'. The sign will be constructed of brick and stone. The brick will match the brick on the building and the stone base will match the stone on the building. The lettering will be carved into limestone. ART RECOMMENDATION / NOTES The ART recommends approval.
