PROPOSAL
Peerless Bridge, LLC on behalf of Leica Microsystems is proposing to install new windows on the north
elevation of the building pursuant to the elevation drawing dated August 2, 2010.
There were no issues with the windows on the north elevation of the building.
RECOMMENDATION
ART recommends approval of the proposed new windows on the north elevation of the building.

PROPOSAL
A permit was submitted to construct a four(4) foot western red cedar arched picket fence. Pursuant to
Ordinance 1987-68 no fence shall be permitted or erected without an Appearance Review prior to permit
issuance— maximum 4 foot tall non-opaque (a see-through fence).
There were no issues with the proposed fence.
RECOMMENDATION
ART recommends approval of the proposed four(4) foot western red cedar arched scalloped fence.
