NEW BUSINESS
A. 1160 Windbrooke Drive,The Apartments at Windbrooke Crossing
Sign Code, Section 14.20.010 and Section 14.20.070—For the purpose of allowing two (2)
ground signs on the property;for the purpose of allowing the two (2)ground signs to exceed
five (5)feet in height;for the purpose of allowing the two (2)ground signs each exceeding
thirty two (32) square feet in area;for the purpose of allowing the two (2)ground signs to be
located in the required building setback area; and to allow the ground sign on the northwest
corner to be located closer to the property line than permitted.
B. 274 Forest Place, Norman and Patricia Dobbin
Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.40.020—For the purpose of bringing the existing home into
conformance concerning a 7.78 foot deficiency of the required 30 foot rear yard setback at
the southwest rear corner of the home; and
Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.40.020, pertaining to Area, Height, Bulk and Placement
Regulations,for the purpose of constructing a sunroom addition on the rear of the home
that would encroach a distance of 4 feet into the required 30 foot rear yard setback on the
southwest edge of the addition and a distance of 1 foot into the required 30 foot rear yard
setback on the northwest edge of the addition; and Section 17.32.020, pertaining to Location
of accessory buildings and structures,for the purpose of allowing a separation distance of 7
feet between the sunroom addition and the existing detached garage.
