ORDINANCE NO. 94- 37
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
Power Nail Property, South side of Illinois Route 22
east of Wisconsin Central Railroad tracks
WHEREAS,the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of the Illinois Constitution of 1970;
and,
WHEREAS,the property legally described in Exhibit A hereto was annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove
by Ordinance No. 94-33; and,
WHEREAS,notice of public hearing for zoning and annexation has been given and a public hearing was
held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties,
Illinois as amended is hereby further amended by classifying the property described in Exhibit A hereto into the
R-E Residential Estate District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval according
to law. This Ordinance shall not be codified.

That part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21,Township 43
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying Southerly of the
center line of the Half Day and McHenry Road, so-called, and lying Easterly of
the right-of-way of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railway, In
Lake County, Illinois;
Also, all that part of the right-of-way of Illinois Route#22 (Half Day Road) lying
between the Northerly extensions of the East and West property lines;
