ORDINANCE NO. 91- 56
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS

(Deed Gap Parcel Adjoining, Lot 10B)
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of
the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the property legally described in Exhibit A hereto was annexed
to the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 91- 55 pursuant to Section
7-1-8 of the Illinois Municipal Code (Illinois Revised Statutes, 1989, Ch.
24, Par. 7-1-8) ; and,
WHEREAS, notice of the proposed annexation has been given to the
appropriate authorities and a public hearing was held by the Buffalo Grove
Plan Commission concerning zoning of the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as amended is hereby further amended
by classifying the property described in Exhibit A hereto in the I
(Industrial) District.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and
after its passage and approval and according to law. This Ordinance shall
not be codified.
