AMENDMENT TO THE PULTE/ANDREWS (CHERBOURG)
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit
pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and
WHEREAS, the Village passed and approved Ordinance No. 87-22
entitled "The Pulte/Andrews (Cherbourg) Planned Unit Development
Ordinance" on February 23, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 22 of Ordinance No, . 87-22 provided the
Developer until May 23, 1987, to purchase the entire Property or
else said Ordinance would be null and void and that Developer has
not finalized the purchase of the Property and has requested an
extension to Paragraph 22;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The preceding Whereas Clauses are hereby made
a part of this Ordinance.
Section 2. This Ordinance and Ordinance 87-22 pertain to
the same property legally described on Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3 . That Paragraph 22 of Village Ordinance No.
87-22 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
"22. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval and after
Developer purchases the Property. If Developer fails
to purchase the entire Property by and including August
24, 1987, then this Ordinance shall be of no force and
effect. This Ordinance shall not be codified. "
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval .

"LEGAL DESCRIPTION"
The West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 43 North,
Range 11 , East of the Third Pril7ciaal Meridian, lying northerly of the centerline
of Illinois Route 83 (excepting therefrom that part falling in the premises con-
veyed to William Shoeneberger dated July 20, 1857 and recorded August 1, 1857
in Book "Z" of deeds, Page 427, which deed conveyed the following described
premises, to-wit: commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 33, thence
North on Section Line 19.16. chains; thence South 91 degrees East 6.06 chains,
thence North 871 degrees West 39 Links to the angle in road; thence South 7
degrees East 13.24 chains to Half Section Line; and thence West along said line
2.15 chains to place of beginning) and (excepting therefrom the South 911 .0
feet of the East 384.75 feet thereof) in Lake County, Illinois.
