1977-008 ORDINANCE NO . 77- 8 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS , UUMMUNLY KNOWN AS N ANNEXATION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS . SECTION 1 . The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove , Cook and Lake Counties , Illinois , as amended is hereby further amended by classifying the following described territory in the zoning Districts hereinafter designated : R-6 Single Family Dwelling District with Special Use Planned Development. That part of the South half of Section 28 , Township 43 North, Range 11 , East of the third principal meridian described as follows : Beginning at a point on the centerline of Busch Road 190 feet West of the centerline of Weiland Road ; thence Southerly along a line parallel with the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 210 feet ; thence Easterly along a line parallel with the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 190 feet to a point on the centerline of Weiland Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 350 feet ; thence Westerly along a line parallel with the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 420 feet ; thence northerly along a line parallel with the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 560 feet to a point on the centerline of Busch Road ; thence Easterly along the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 230 feet to the place of beginning all in Lake County , Illinois . AND That part of the South half of Section 28 , Township 43 North, Range 11 , East of the third principal meridian described as follows : Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Busch Road and the centerline of Weiland Road; thence Southerly along the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 210 feet ; thence Westerly along a line parallel with the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 190 feet ; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the center- line of Weiland Road a distance of 210 feet to a point on the centerline of Busch Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 190 feet to the point of beginning , all in Lake County, Illinois . This property is commonly described as being located at the intersection of Busch Road at Weiland. -3- SECTION 2 . The said zoning shall be and is subject to the provisions of Ordinance No . 77- 6 being "An Ordinance Approving an Annexation Agreement," passed and approved February 14 , 1977 , which Ordinance is by refer- ence made a part hereof. SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
