AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO
GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS ,
UUMMUNLY KNOWN AS N ANNEXATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS .
SECTION 1 . The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Buffalo Grove , Cook and Lake Counties , Illinois , as
amended is hereby further amended by classifying the following
described territory in the zoning Districts hereinafter designated :
R-6 Single Family Dwelling District with Special Use Planned
Development.
That part of the South half of Section 28 and the North
Half of Section 33, Township 43 North , Range 11 , East of the third
principal meridian described as follows :
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the East half of the
Northwest quarter of Section 33-43-11 ; thence North 89' 48 ' 21"
East along the North line of the East half of the said Northwest
quarter a distance of 330 . 00 feet ; thence North 00' 04" 05" East
a distance of 1324 . 41 feet to a point on the centerline of Busch
Road; thence Easterly along said centerline of Busch Road to an
angle point, said point being on the North-South centerline of
Section 28-43-11 ; thence continuing Easterly along said centerline
of Busch Road to the point of intersection with the centerline
Weiland Road; thence South 3° 38 ' 05" West along the centerline of
Weiland Road a distance of 1341 . 16 feet ; thence South 40' 38 ' 29"
West along said centerline a distance of 314 . 16 feet ; thence South
00' 10 ' 47" West along said centerline a distance
of 973 . 36 feet to a point on the South line of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 33-43-11 ; thence South

thence South 17' 02 ' 45" West along the centerline of Weiland Road
a distance of 816 . 28 feet; thence South 89' 49 ' 40" West along the
South line of the North 34 . 30 feet of the South 580 . 08 feet of the
North half of Section 33 a distance of 1907 . 98 feet to a point ;
thence South 00' 04 ' 40" West a distance of 545 . 78 feet to a point
on the South line of the Northwest quarter of Section 33-43-11 ; thence
Westerly along said South line a distance of 490 . 00 feet to a point
on the West line of the East half of the Northwest quarter of
Section 33-43-11 ; thence North 00' 04 ' 40" East along said West line
a distance of 2651 . 72 feet to the point of beginning except that
portion described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of Busch Road and Weiland
Road; thence Southerly along the centerline of Weiland Road a
distance of 1240 feet ; thence Westerly along a line parallel with
the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 330 feet to a point of
curve ; thence Northerly along a curve convex to the Southwest having
a radius of 215 feet an arc distance of 350 feet to a point of
tangency; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the centerline
of Weiland Road a distance of 465 feet ; thence Easterly along a line

thence Northerly along a line parallel with the centerline of
Weiland Road a distance of 560 feet to a point on the centerline
of Busch Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of Busch Road
a distance of 420 feet to the place of beginning, all in Lake County,
Illinois .
R-9 Multiple Family Dwelling District with a Special Use Planned
Development .
That part of the South half of Section 28 Township 43 North,
Range 11 , East of the third principal meridian described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Weiland Road 560
feet South of the centerline of Busch Road; thence Southerly along
the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 680 feet ; thence Wester-
ly along a line parallel with the centerline of Busch Road a distance
of 330 feet to a point of curve ; thence Northerly along a curve con-
vex to the Southwest having a radius of 215 feet , an arc distance
of 350t feet to a point of tangency; thence Northerly along a line
parallel with the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 465 feet ;
thence Easterly along a line parallel with the centerline of Busch
Road a distance of 545 feet to a point on the centerline of Weiland
Road which is the place of beginning, all in Lake County, Illinois .
B-1 Business District-Limited Retail .
That part of the South half of Section 28 , Township 43 North,
Range 11 , East of the third principal meridian described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Busch Road 190
feet West of the centerline of Weiland Road ; thence Southerly along
a line parallel with the centerline of Weiland Road a distance of
210 feet ; thence Easterly along a line parallel with the centerline
of Busch Road a distance of 190 feet to a point on the centerline
of Weiland Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Weiland
Road a distance of 350 feet ; thence Westerly along a line parallel
with the centerline of Busch Road a distance of 420 feet ; thence
northerly along a line parallel with the centerline of Weiland Road a
distance of 560 feet to a point on the centerline of Busch Road ;
thence Easterly along the centerline of Busch Road a distance of
230 feet to the place of beginning all in Lake County , Illinois .

That part of the South half of Section 28 , Township 43 North,
Range 11 , East of the third principal meridian described as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Busch
Road and the centerline of Weiland Road; thence Southerly along the
centerline of Weiland Road a distance of 210 feet ; thence Westerly
along a line parallel with the centerline of Busch Road a distance
of 190 feet ; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the center-
line of Weiland Road a distance of 210 feet to a point on the centerline
of Busch Road; thence Easterly along the centerline of Busch Road a
distance of 190 feet to the point of beginning , all in Lake County,
Illinois .
This property is commonly described as being located at the intersection
of Busch Road at Weiland.

SECTION 2 . The said zoning shall be and is subject to
the provisions of Ordinance No . 77- 6 being "An Ordinance
Approving an Annexation Agreement," passed and approved
February 14 , 1977 , which Ordinance is by refer-
ence made a part hereof.
SECTION 3 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
