AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
(Westchester Estates)
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of
the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter legally described real property was annexed to
the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 87- 4 pursuant to a written
Annexation Agreement dated December 15, 1986, and approved by the Village by
Ordinance No. 87- 3 ; and,
WHEREAS, notices of public hearings for zoning and annexation on said
Annexation Agreement have been given and public hearings were held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as amended is hereby further amended
by classifying the following described property into the R-3 and R-4 Zoning
Districts:
R-3 ZONING DISTRICT
Parcel I
That part of the East 20 rods (except the South 60 feet thereof) of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 28, Township 43 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Lake County, Illinois
lying West of the following described line: Beginning at the
intersection of the North line of the South 60 feet of said East 20 rods
with the West line of the said East 20 rods; thence North 00°13'38"
East, 651. 19 feet, on the West line of said East 20 rods; thence North
65°14'52" East, 98.39 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curve concave
Southwest having a radius of 484.89 feet, an arc distance of 129.93 feet

Section 2. The special conditions described in Paragraph 30 of the
Annexation Agreement dated December 15, 1986, passed and approved pursuant to
Ordinance No. 87- 3 are hereby granted.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and
after its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified.
