AN ORDINANCE APPROVING ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Aaron A. Goldin and Helen Goldin have heretofore submitted
to the President and Board of Trustees a Petition to annex the land described
in Exhibit"A" along with an Annexation Agreement all pursuant to Statute, and
WHEREAS, The required public hearings have been held by the Plan Commission
and the President and Board of Trustees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1 . The Annexation Agreement dated September 2, , 1975,
between the Village of Buffalo Grove and Aaron A. Goldin and Helen Goldin a copy
fo which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A'' is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. The President and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Village.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.

PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered this day of �� �: "
1975, by and between the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois , a body politic
being a municipal corporation in Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois (hereinafter
referred to as the Village) and Aaron A. Goldin and Helen Goldin, his wife,
(hereinafter referred to as GOLDIN) .
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, GOLDIN is the owner of fee simple title to those premises legally
described as:
The South 350 feet of the North 400.0 feet of the West 165.0
feet of the East 726.0 feet of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 42 North,
Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian, (excepting
therefrom that part falling in the tract of land bounded and
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of the
East 726 feet of the North half of the Northeast quarter of
Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 42 North, Range 11 , normally
distant 33 feet South of the North line of the Northwest quarter of
Section 9, Township 42 North, Range 11 , thence easterly along a
straight line parallel with and normally distant 33 feet South of
the North line of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 42
North, Range 11 , to a point on the West line of the East 561 feet
of the North half of the Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 9, Township 42 North, Range 11 ; thence Southerly along
said West line a distance of 17 feet to a point:, thence Westerly
along a line parallel with and normally distant 50 feet South of
the North line of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 42
North , Range 11 , a distance of 45 feet to a point : thence
Southerly along a straight line perpendicular with the last
described line a distance of 200 feet to a point of curvature:
thence Southwesterly along a curved line concave to the west having
a radius of 575 feet a distance of 378.268 feet to a point on the
West line of the East 726 feet of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 9, Township 42 North,
Range 11 , said point being 58.431 feet North of the South line of
North half of Northeast quarter of Northwest quarter of Section 9,
Township 42 North, Range 11 , thence Northerly along said West line
to the point of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois.
WHEREAS, the said premises are not now, in any Village, but are contiguous
to the boundary of the VILLAGE; and
WHEREAS, the Village agrees to annex said property and zone to the B-2
General Retail Business District on the condition that said property be
developed in conformance with the approved site plan for the Willomere
Subdivision dated April 9, 1975, and approved by the Village Board of Trustees
WHEREAS , pursuant to notice public hearings were held b) the Plan
Commission with respect to zoning classification, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-15. 1-1 et seq of
Chapter 24, Illinois Revised Statutes 1971 , a proposed Annexation Agreement
in substance and in form substantially the same as this agreement was submitted
to the corporate authorities and a public hearing was held thereon as provided
by Statute.
NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the mutual stipulations and conditions
herein contained it is covenanted and agreed by and between the parties as
follows:
1 . GOLDIN has filed with the Village Clerk a petition to annex
conditioned upon the execution of this agreement.
2. The VILLAGE will concurrently with the execution hereof,
(a) Enact an Ordinance annexing the property,
(b) Enact an Ordinance zoning the property in the B-2 General Business
District, with the condition that the property be developed in substantial con-
formance with Exhibit "A", approved April 15, 1975, (Willomere Subdivision Plan)
and developed as one project. Any and all deviations therefrom shall be subject
to the approval of the Plan commission and the Village Board of Trustees.
3. This Agreement shall be in full force and effect for a period of 5
years from the date hereof.
4. This agreement may be enforced in any court of law or equity and
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their legal
representatives, heirs , successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals
on the day and year first above written.
