AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 91-11
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit
pursuant to the Illinois Constitution of 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1. Village of Buffalo Grove Ordinance No. 91-11
entitled "An Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory To The Village
of Buffalo Grove, Illinois" , which was enacted on February 4,
1991 and recorded in Lake County, Illinois as Document No.
2990913 and recorded in .Cook County as Document No. 91116771, is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" is the legal
description of the real - property that was attached to Ordinance
No. 91-11 as Exhibit "A" .
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on and after its. passage and approval. This ordinance shall not
be codified.
