AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS

WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of the
Illinois Constitution of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the hereinafter legally described real property was annexed to
the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 87-46 pursuant to a written petition
dated January 22, 1987; and,
WHEREAS, notices of public hearing for zoning have been given and a public
hearing was held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, as amended is hereby further amended
by classifying the following described property into the O&R (Office and Research)
District:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 43 North, Range 11 East of
the Third Principal Meridian, which lies northerly of the center line
of Illinois Route No. 83, and including to the far side of any adjacent
unincorporated road right-of-way, in Lake County, Illinois.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified.
