AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, application was made by the owners of the land
hereinafter described for a zoning of said property pursuant to
a Pre-Annexation Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the corporate authorities
did conform to Statute and Ordinance with respect to notice and
publication and held public hearings and the Plan Commission
submitted its findings and recommendations to the President and
Board of Trustees, and
WHEREAS, the President and Board did approve of a Pre-
Annexation Agreement by Ordinance No. %°., 7, "-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS .
SECTION 1. The property covered in this amendment is
legally described as follows :
The East 100 feet of Lot 2 in Dun-Lo Highlands
being a sub. of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4
(except the South 25 acres thereof) of Section 9,
Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the 3rd P.M.
in Cook County, Illinois. (Dundee & Betty Drive)
SECTION 2.. Said property is hereby zoned B-1 Business
District Limited Retail, provided neither any part nor all of
said property shall be used for or operated as tavern, cocktail
lounge, restaurant or food establishment of any kind.
SECTION 3. Said property is further subject to the
limitations imposed thereon by approving Pre-Annexation Agreement,
being Ordinance Nod," 72 - �
SECTION 4 The Zoning Map of the Village shall be and
is hereby amended to reflect the provisions hereof.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
