AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE,
COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
(High Point Plaza)
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of
the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the hereinafter legally described real property was
annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grave by Ordinance No. 85-
29 pursuant to
a written Annexation Agreement dated June 3, 1985, and approved by the Village

by Ordinance No. 85- 28 _, and,
WHEREAS, the remainder of the property was zoned B-2 pursuant to Ordinance
No. 73-19 which ordinance is hereby amended to rezone the subject property into
the B-3 Planned Business Center District subject to the High Point Plaza Planned
Unit Development Agreement attached as Exhibit "A" and dated June 3, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, notices of public hearings for zoning and annexation of said
Annexation and Planned Unit Development Agreements have been given and public
hearings were held:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, as amended is hereby further amended
by classifying upon annexation the territory described in that Annexation Agree-
ment dated June 3, 1985, as approved by Ordinance No. 85- 28 into the B-3
Planned Business Center District.
SECTION 2. The said zoning shall be and is subject to the provision of
Ordinance No. 85- 28 being "An Ordinance Approving an Annexation Agreement"
passed and approved June 3, 1985, which Ordinance is by reference made a part
hereof.
SECTION3. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Cook and lake Counties, Illinois, is hereby further amended by classifying
the territory described in that Planned Unit Development Agreement dated June 3,
1985, attached as Exhibit "A", into the B-3 Planned Business Center District.

SECTION 4. The said zoning shall be and is subject to the provisions of
that Planned Unit Development Agreement dated June 3, 1985, which agreement is
by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified.
