WHEREAS, the hereinafter legally described real property was annexed
to the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance IMoa 80 27 pursuant to a
written Annexation Agreement dated June 2. 1980, and approved by
the Village by Ordinance No. 80 26 ; and
WHEREAS, notices of public hearings For zoning and annexation on said
Annexation Agreement have been given and public hearings were held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUS..rEES
OF THE VIILLAGE. OF B FFAll...0 GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , IL.L.INOIS, as follows :
SECTION 14 The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Coop. and Lake Counties, Il it inois , as amended is hereby further amended
by classifying upon annexation the territory legally described as Follows
PARCEL A.
That part of the south 1/2 of Section 5, Township 42 North, Range
U1 East of the Third Principal Meridian described as Follows-
Beginning at the southeast corner of the southwest 1/4 of said
Section 5., thence west along the south pine of said Section 5,
420.48 feet; thence north parallel with the west liinie of the south
I/2 of the east 1/2 of said southwest 1/4, 475-00 feet ; thence west
parallel with the south line of said southwest 1/4, 177.00 feet to
a point of curvature; thence continuing alonig a curve to the right
having an arc, distance of 3O.21 Feet and a radius of 1143.86 feet
(the chord thereof bearing north 060 00' 59" east, 30. 16 feet) ; thence

SECTION 2. The said zoning shall be and is subject to the provisions OF
Ordinance No. 80 - 26 , being ''An Ordinance Approving an Annexation Agreement"
passed and approved June 2 1980, which Ordinance is by reference
made a part hereof®
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in Full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval according to law.
