AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ANNEXATION AGREEMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE , COOK
AND LAKE COUNTIES ILLINO'IS
SECTION 1 :
That the Annexation Agreement dated April 16 , 1973 by and
between the Village of Buffalo Grove and Chicago Title and Trust
Company, as trustee under Trust Agreement dated October 3, 1972
and known as Trust No. 60728 is hereby amended by "Amendment No . 1
to Annexation Agreement" which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as Exhibit A.
SECTION 2 :
That the President and Clerk of the Village are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Ammendment No . 1 to Annexa-
tion Agreement dated April 16 , 1973 .
SECTION 3 :
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage according to law.
