AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY TO
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
WHEREAS , a Petition signed by all of the property
owners and electors of a certain parcel of land has been
presented to the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the
Village, is not in any other city, village or incorporated
town, and
WHEREAS , upon due consideration it is considered
to the best interest of the Village to annex said land.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS-
SECTION 1. The following described parcel of land, being
the subject of the petition to annex which
said petition has been signed by all of the
owners and electors of said land and complies
with the provisions of the Statutes of the
State of Illinois, is hereby annexed to the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook County, Illinois:

SECTION 2. A plat of said land is attached to this ordi-
nance and made a part thereof.
SECTION 3. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to forthwith file a certified copy
of this ordinance in the Office of the County
Recorder of Cook County, Illinois, and Lake County, Illinoi
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
