1988-007 ORDINANCE NO. 88- 7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS (Doetsch Property) WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue of the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and, WHEREAS, the hereinafter legally described real property was annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 88- 6 pursuant to a written Annexation Agreement dated January 14, 1988, and approved by the Village by Ordinance No. 88- 5 ; and, WHEREAS, notices of public hearings for zoning and annexation on said Annexation Agreement have been given and public hearings were held. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS: Section 1. The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as amended is hereby further amended by classifying the following described property into the R-4 (One-Family Dwelling District) : That part of the North 1/2 of Section 33, Township 43 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, described follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 33; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds East along the South line of the North 1/2 of said Section 33, 490.00 feet to a point for a place of beginning, said point being in the East line of Highland Grove Unit No. 1 Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded August 11, 1977 as Document No. 1857242; thence North 00 degrees 15 minutes 28 seconds East along said last described East line and along the East line of Highland Grove Unit No. 2A Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded February 1, 1980 as Document No. 2046914, 545.84 feet to a point in the South line of Highland Grove Unit No. 2 Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded November 9, 1977 as Document No. 1879025; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds East along said last described South line and along the South line of Highland Grove Unit No. 3 Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded April 7, 1978 as Document No. 1908909, 1866.48 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Weiland Road, as conveyed to the County of Lake by deed recorded November 18, 1976 as Document No. 1804935; thence South 17 degrees 16 minutes 51 seconds West along said last described Westerly line, 571.62 feet to a point of intersection with the South line of the North 1/2 of said Section 33; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds West along said last described South line, 1699.13 feet to the place of beginning, together with all that part of Weiland Road lying Easterly of and adjoining the aforedescribed tract of land, in Lake County, Illinois. Section 2. The special conditions described in Paragraph 29 of the Annexation Agreement dated January 14, 1988, passed and approved pursuant to Ordinance No. 88- are hereby granted. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval. This Ordinance shall not be codified.
