1977-016 ORDINANCE NO. 7 7 -/G
An Ordinance Releasing and Disclaiming Interest in and
to an Easement.
WHEREAS , the Village has a right to the use of a certain
10 feet public easement, legally described in Exhibit "A" ; and
WHEREAS, the Village has determined that said easement is no
longer needed or required for Village use;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE , COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS :
SECTION ONE: That the Village President is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the Release and Disclaimer attached hereto
and made a part hereof as Exhibit"A" and that the Village
Clerk is authorized and directed to attest to same.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
