ORDINANCE NO. 93- 96
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
CORPORATE GROVE CORRIDOR ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by virtue
of the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and,
WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Buffalo Grove
approved an Annexation Agreement dated February 6, 1984 by approving
Ordinance No. 84-15 which included the Property legally described in
EXHIBIT A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the Village annexed the Property described in EXHIBIT A by
approving Ordinance No. 84-16; and,
WHEREAS, proper and due notice of a public hearing concerning an
Amendment to said Annexation Agreement has been given and a public
hearing held; and,
WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the best interests of the Village of
Buffalo Grove to approve said Amendment to the Annexation Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1 . The preceding Whereas clauses are hereby made a part of
this Ordinance.
Section 2. The Amendment to said Annexation Agreement, which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as EXHIBIT B is approved.
Section 3. The President and Clerk of the Village are hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Village of Buffalo
G rove.

AMENDMENT TO THE CORPORATE GROVE CORRIDOR
ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement made and entered into this 6th day of December, 1993
by and between the VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE (hereinafter referred to
as "Village") by and through the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Corporate Authorities")
and LaSALLE NATIONAL TRUST, N.A. as Trustee under Trust Number
100437 dated December 19, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as "Owner").
WHEREAS, LaSALLE NATIONAL TRUST, N.A. , as Trustee under Trust
Number 100437 dated December 15, 1978 is the Owner of the real property
legally described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the beneficiaries of LaSALLE NATIONAL TRUST, N .A. as
Trustee under Trust Number 100437 are Melvin Isenstein, Anthony
Pasquinelli, Bruno Pasquinelli, Daniel Light and Joseph Ash; and,
WHEREAS, the Property described in EXHIBIT A hereto is zoned in the
Industrial District; and,
WHEREAS, the Owner has petitioned to the Village for rezoning of Lot 1
to the B-3 Planned Business Center District and approval of a Preliminary
Plan for a banking facility on Lot 1 and a stormwater detention facility on
Lot 2 pursuant to the following EXHIBITS :

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, mutual covenants
and agreements herein set forth, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1 . That the preceding Whereas clauses are incorporated herein.
2. That certain "Corporate Grove Annexation Agreement" dated
February 6, 1984 approved by Ordinance Number 84-15, which
includes the Property described in EXHIBIT A hereto, be and is
hereby amended with the addition of the following language:
A. Para raph 4. Enactment of Zoning Ordinance. Lot 1 as
legally described in EXHIBIT A hereto shall be rezoned to the
B-3 Planned Business Center District pursuant to the Exhibits
and in accordance with the conditions set forth in Ordinance
No. 93-95. Lot 2 as legally described in EXHIBIT A shall be
used for stormwater detention pursuant to EXHIBIT C hereto.
Any use on Lot 3 as legally described in EXHIBIT A is
subject to approval by the Corporate Authorities at their sole
discretion.
B. Paragraph 7. Amendment of Plan. Development and use of
Lot 3 is subject to approval by the Corporate Authorities
including approval of a Preliminary Plan.
C. Paragraph 26. Term of Agreement. This Agreement, as
amended concerning the Property described in EXHIBIT A,
will be binding on all parties and the Property for a term of
ten (10) years from the date of the execution of this amended
Agreement by the Village.
