1981-040 ORDINANCE NO. 81-40 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS (Cedar View) WHEREAS , the hereinafter legally described real property was annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove by Ordinance No. 81-39 pursuant to a written Annexation Agreement dated July 6 , 1981 , and approved by the Village by Ordinance No. 81-38; and WHEREAS , notices of public hearings for zoning and annexation on said Annexation Agreement have been given and public hearings were held. NOW THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES , ILLINOIS : SECTION 1 . The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties , Illinois , as amended is hereby further amended by classifying upon annexation the territory hereinafter legally described into the B-3 Planned Business Center District. That part of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8 , Township 42 North, Range 11 East of the 3rd Principal Meridian bounded by a line described as follows : Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northeast 1/4 , 100 . 0 feet West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along a line 100 . 0 feet West of and parallel with the East line of said Northeast 1/4 , 220 . 0 feet; thence Southeasterly, 342 . 99 feet to a point on the East line of said Northeast 1/4 which is 547 . 09 feet South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along the East line of said quarter section, 106 . 36 feet to a point 653. 45 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 ; thence West along a line parallel with the North line of said Northeast 1/4 , 440 . 0 feet; thence North along a line parallel with the East line of said Northeast 1/4, 653. 45 feet to the North line of said quarter section; thence East along the North line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 8, 340 .0 feet to the place of beginning, Cook County, Illinois . SECTION 2 . The said zoning shall be and is subject to the A forty (40) foot set back on the west line of the subjec-L'-- property. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval according to law.
