1982-022 J , J / r rrr / irrrrrrrrrrrrrr r / r / ORDINANCE NO. 82-22 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUFFALO GROVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF 1961 , AS AMENDED (B-5 TOWN CENTER PLANNED DISTRICT) WHEREAS, Public Hearings have been held by the Plan Commission and the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove in accordance with statutory requirements, and the Plan Commission has submitted its report and recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees; and WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule unit by virtue of the provisions of the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendments to the B-5 Town Center Planned District has been found to be in the best interest of the orderly development of the Town Center® NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 . Article XI , Section 6.3. 1 .Cs6 of the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows : Business and Professional Offices - one parking space shall be provided for every three hundred (300) square feet. SECTION 2. Article XI , Section 6, Exhibit B, ''Town Center Land Use Map'' of the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended as attached in Exhibit B. SECTION 3. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be punished as provided in Article XIX of the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval , and publication. This ordinance may be published in pamphlet form.
