AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 74-5 AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, on January 18, 1977, a public hearing was held before the
Zoning Board of Appeals and recommendation was unanimously given for the variance
hereinafter set forth;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that Ordinance No. 74-5,
as amended, be further amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1 . The following section shall be added to Section 3:
Section 3 (a) - The owner of the Cambridge-on-the-Lake subdivision
is hereby granted a six month extension from the date of the
passage of this Ordinance for the purpose of acquiring a building
permit for Building ##6 which was granted a height variation
on March 4, 1974. Height not to exceed 46 feet 9-7/8 inches.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published in pamphlet form and
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
