ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, that:
The following described property, which is the subject
of a Petition to Annex signed by all of the owners of land in
said property, and all of the electors residing in said property,
which property is contiguous to the Village of Buffalo Grove
and not in any other city, village or incorporated town, is
hereby annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove:
The South half of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 42
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal
Meridian: The Southwest Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of Section 5, Township 42 North,
Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian;
The West 60 acres of the West half of the South-
east Quarter (Except the South 13.793 chains
thereof) of Section 5, Township 42 North; Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
all in Cook County, Illinois, and all as shown on
the map hereto attached and by this reference
made a part hereof.
The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the map attached
hereto with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
