ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the Clerk of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook County, Illinois, dated the llth
day of August, 1959, requesting the annexation to the Village of
the territory described, and
WHEREAS, the said Petition has been submitted to the Village
Engineer, Attorney and Planning Commission, and it appearing that
said Petition conforms in every respect with the Statutes of the
State of Illinois, and
WHEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees have deter-
mined that it is to the best interests of the Village to approve
said annexation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook County, Illinois,
Section 1. The following described territory be and the
same is hereby annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, Township
42 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian,
described as commencing at a point on the North line of
the South 1074.82 feet of said Northwest Quarter and 618.01
feet East of the West line of said Northwest Quarter of
Section 4; thence North 176.53 ft. along a line forming
an angle of 890 42' 30" from East to North with said N.
line of the S. 1074.82 ft. of the N. W. Quarter of said
Section; thence E. at right angles to the last described
line 319.01 ft. to a point of curve; thence N.E.ly along
a curved line concave to the North and having a radius of
200 ft. a distance of 120. 17 ft. to a point; thence N.E.ly
along a straight line tangent to the last described point
349.06 ft. ; thence S.E.ly at right angles to the last des-
cribed line 133 ft. ; thence N.E.ly at right angles to the
last described course 133 ft. ; thence E. ly 54.20 ft. along

in the Office of the County Recorder, Cook County, Illinois.
