ORDINANCE NO. 0-59-6
ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, that:
Section 1. The following described territory, which is the
subject of a petition to annex signed by all of the owners of
land in said area, is hereby annexed to the Village of Buffalo
Grove, Illinois:
"The south 318.87 feet of the southeast quar-
ter of the northeast quarter of Section 5, Town-
ship 42 North, Range 11, east of the 3rd Princi-
pal Meridian, and the south 318.87 feet cf that
part of the northwest quarter of Section 4, Town-
ship 42 North, Range 11, east of the 3rd Princi-
pal Meridian, lying west of the center of Buffalo
Grove Road, also part of the southwest quarter of
said Section 4, beginning at the northwest corner of
the said southwest quarter; thence east along the
north line of said southwest quarter, 29 chains and
904 links ; thence south 10 chains and 71 links;
thence west parallel with the north line of said
southwest quarter, 29 chains and 85-3/4 links to
the west line of said southwest quarter; thence
north along said line, 10 chains and 71 links to
the point of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois."
Section 2. Said territory is contiguous to the Village of
Buffalo Grove, and not in any other city, village or incorporated

_Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance, together
with the map attached hereto with the Recorder of Deeds of
Cook Count,.
