ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, THAT:
The following described property, which is the subject
of a petition to annex signed by all of the owners of land in
said property, there being no electors residing in said property,
which property is contiguous to the Village of Buffalo Grove and
not in any other city, village or incorporated town, is hereby
annexed to the Village of Buffalo Grove.
The property involved herein is:
Lots "C" and "D" in Buffalo Grove - Unit No. 1
being a. Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of
Section 4, Township 42 North Range 11, East of
the Third Principal Meridian,
all in Cook County, Illinois, and all as � own
on the map hereto attached, and by this reference
made a part hereof.
The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
file a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with the map
attached hereto with the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County.
