1958-019 ANNEXATION ORDINANCE 09-11-1958 rri1% /i/ia r� ORDINANCE No. 0-58-19 ANNEXATION ORDINANCE BUFFALO GROVE Be it ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, that: Section 1. The following described property which consists of a part of a public highway, adjacent to the village limits of the village of Buffalo Grove is hereby annexed to the village of Buffalo Grove: That hart of the E.ly half of Buffalo Grove Road falling in the N.W.1/4 of Section 4, Township 42 North, Range 11, E. of the 3rd P.M. (excepting therefrom that part of said E.ly half of Buffalo Grove Road, lying S. of the N. line of the S. 318.67 ft. of said N.W.1/4 of Section 4, and ex- cepting also that part of said E.ly half of Buffalo Grove Rd. lying N.W.ly of the S.E.ly line, ?produced N.E.ly of a tract of land conveyed to John Kline by Warranty Deed recorded June 21, 1899 as Document No. 2836175 and also that part of Buffalo Grove Road, aforesaid, falling in the following described tract; that part of the N.W.1/4 of Section 41 Township 42 North, Range 11, E. of the 3rd P.M. described as commencing at a point on the N. line of the S.1074.82 ft. of said N.W.1/4 and 618.01 ft. E. of the W. line of said N.W.1/4 of Section 4; thence N. 176.53 ft. along a line forming an angle of 890 42' 30" from E. to N. with said N. line of the South 1074.82 ft. of the N.W.1/4 of said Section; thence E. at right angles to the last described line 319.01 ft. to a point of curve; thence N.E.ly along a curved line concave to the N. and having a radius of 200 ft. distance of 120.17 ft. to a point; thence N.E.ly along a straight line tangent to the last described Point 349.06 ft. ; thence S.E.ly at right angles to the last described line 133 ft. ; thence N.E.ly at right angles to the last described course 133 ft. ; thence E.ly 54.20 ft. along a line forming an angle of 370 30' 15" to the right with the last described course extended; thence S.E. ly 135.36 ft. along a line forming an angle of 520 29' 45" to the right with the last described line extended; thence E.ly 147.65 ft. to a bend in the center line of Buffalo Grove Road which is 323.11 ft.
